ABOUT THIS CLASS

This is the complete ground-up Law Enforcement sniper course you’ve been looking for. Five full days (50+ Hours) are dedicated to taking a qualified SWAT officer who is already a competent SWAT Operator / Designated Marksmen and developing them into a confident, capable, and deployment-ready law enforcement sniper.

Starting at ground zero, our law enforcement and military based cadre understands exactly what must occur to bring a sniper candidate up to speed behind the rifle and behind the scope as a trained observer. This course is not simply about shooting tight groups—it is about establishing a solid foundational understanding of the law enforcement sniper mission and learning how to operate as a true force multiplier for the tactical team.

The focus is on what matters most:

• Deliberate sniper mission planning

• Advanced observation and information collection

• Effective employment of the precision rifle

• Sound decision-making under stress

Training time is maximized at the training facility and students will be pushed over five intensive days. Students receive the complete Modern Day Sniper, Law Enforcement Sniper Cornerstone Course curriculum—delivered in the right environment, with the right information, and the correct volume of coached repetitions. Students are challenged physically and mentally through realistic scenario-based evolutions, including day and night operations, that mirror real-world deployments.

When you leave this course, you are not just a better shooter—you are a certified and deployable law enforcement sniper equipped with the skills, mindset, and processes required to support the tactical main effort and protect life within hours of graduation.

ON-SITE HOUSING & MEALS

Keeping students on location throughout the training has a significant positive impact on learning and performance. By remaining on site, students have continuous access to instructors and fellow students, allowing for extended discussions, informal mentoring, and immediate clarification of concepts well beyond scheduled training hours. This complete immersion into the training environment reinforces lessons learned during the training day and fosters collaboration, shared problem-solving, and professional networking among peers.

Eliminating a daily commute of at least 45 minutes each way also reduces fatigue and outside distractions, enabling students to remain focused, rested, and mentally engaged. The result is a more efficient use of time, deeper absorption of material, and a higher overall training value that directly translates to improved operational readiness.
