At Modern Day Sniper, we reject the traditional division of "basic" and "advanced" courses when it comes to the professional application of marksmanship with a scoped rifle. We believe that the essential distinction is not between basic and advanced skills, but between the levels of efficiency with which shooters apply these skills. Regardless of their experience level, students graduating from a basic Law Enforcement Sniper class are expected to navigate and problem-solve dynamic situations, regardless of their level of complexity. Being new, or green won’t matter - what will matter is your dedication to submitting the fundamentals to your subconscious, therefore widening your cognitive bandwidth to process more information, and make critical decisions under high levels of stress.

Class Prerequisites: This class is specifically designed for professional snipers and is NOT open to the general public. Attendees must provide a copy of their law enforcement credentials or US Department of Defense ID card, along with a graduation certificate from an accredited sniper school.

Eligibility extends to any active duty or reserve Law Enforcement Officer, or Department of Defense member, currently serving in the role of a sniper or designated marksman. Even without a basic sniper certification, you can attend if you're serving in that role at the time of enrollment.

‍Prerequisites: To ensure the highest level of professionalism and maintain the integrity of the training, all attendees must meet the following prerequisites:

• Copy of law enforcement credentials or U.S. Department of Defense ID card.
• Graduation certificate from an accredited sniper school (e.g., US Army Sniper School, SFSC, Marine Scout Sniper, MARSOC Advanced Sniper Course, or National Guard Marksmanship Training Center - Sniper School).
• Alternatively, a letter from your agency or chain of command (chief scout or higher) confirming your current role as a sniper or designated marksman.
