1. Eligibility
‍All participants must be at least 18 years old by the course start date. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and all other eligibility criteria.

2. Required Documentation
You must submit the following documents for verification before the course start date: A government-issued photo ID. A valid state-issued concealed weapons permit, appropriate law enforcement credentials, or a letter from your local chief law enforcement officer. Failure to submit the necessary documentation will result in the cancellation of your registration without a refund.

‍3. Liability Waiver
‍Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. By registering for the event, you agree to release Modern Day Sniper from any claims or liabilities related to accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the course.

‍4. Cancellation and Refunds
‍Cancellations made more than 60 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 60 days but more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a course voucher for future use.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund or a voucher.

‍Modern Day Sniper reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum registration requirement of 10 tickets sold is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

‍Your personal information will be used solely for course registration and event communication purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for regulatory compliance.
